Pro-style dumbbells are fixed, pre-assembled dumbbells available from 5 lbs up to 250 lbs. The choice of materials for handles and end-caps makes each set epic. Pro-style dumbbells are a popular choice for gyms.

SDH
SDH (Standard dumbbell handles)
Our pro-style SDH handles are made from Stainless steel, brass, or copper.
Grips are knurled to perfection in a wide & deep volcano knurl pattern.
We manufacture SDH in 11 sizes:
SDH0 to SDH10
The pro-style SDH handle name indicates the number of weight plates on each side (for example, SDH5 holds 5 weight plates on each side)
Weights

Our pro-style weight plates are CNC machined from Stainless steel. We manufacture pro-style weight plates in 5 sizes: 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, and 12.5 lbs. A combination of weight plates from 2.5 lbs up to 10 lbs is used to assemble pro-style dumbbells up to 100 lbs. A combination of weight plates from 2.5 lbs up to 12.5 lbs is used to assemble pro-style dumbbells above 100 lbs. This allows compact heavy dumbbells.
End-caps

Our pro-style end-caps are CNC machined from Stainless steel or Brass. The design allows a countersunk bolt. No sharp edges when our pro-style dumbbells rest on the thighs. Each pro-style end cap is laser marked and can be customized.
Bolts

We use 5/8 inch or 16mm countersunk fully threaded pure stainless steel bolts. These are strong and corrosion-resistant. No plating/coating. Our pro-style bolts are made from 100% stainless steel.
Materials
You can choose a combination of materials for pro-style handles, end caps, and weight plates. Weight plates are manufactured from Stainless steel 304 and Stainless steel 316 (for marine grade pro-style dumbbells) Here are a few examples of pro-style dumbbells.
